AKIR Clothing Company has been designing and selling streetwear for over 20 years. "AKIR," "we," "us," and "our" refer to AKIR Clothing Company throughout these Terms.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order with us. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.
We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or cancel orders affected by a pricing or listing error, and we'll notify you if that happens.
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time of order. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
Shipping timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Our return and exchange terms — including that all sales are final and exchanges are handled by mail-in inspection — are described in our Return & Exchange Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The AKIR name, logo, graphics, product designs, and site content are the property of AKIR Clothing Company and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs or branding without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with site operation, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AKIR Clothing Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which AKIR Clothing Company is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
